Since 1964, Arizona Council for International Visitors (AZCIV) has been hosting visitors to Arizona in cooperation with the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and the National Council for International Visitors (NCIV). Based in Scottsdale and active across Arizona, we advocate citizen diplomacy: one handshake at a time, to build stronger economic, cultural and personal connections between Arizona and the world. We welcome you to join us.
